LEGEND: Welcome to Monday Night Rampage. Tonight we come to you from Las Vegas. I’m Johnny Legend.
BRIGGS: And I’m Tom Briggs.
LEGEND: We are hot off of Genesis II and for those of you that missed it. We have a new World Heavyweight Champion!
BRIGGS: That’s right. Ernest Bethea beat Alan Foulds in the main event to pick up the title.
LEGEND: And speaking of titles...
BRIGGS: We have three great matches lined up. Three titles are on the line, starting with the cruiserweight title.
”Sacrifice” by Creed plays as Sean Saviour makes his way out. He rolls into the ring with lights flashing all around him. Colour of red, blue, green, yellow and purple shine throughout the Las Vegas arena.
CHARLES: The following match scheduled is for 1 fall and is for the Fantasy Wrestling Federation Cruiserweight championship. Introducing first ...from Manchester, England ...weighing in at 203 pounds ...Sean Saviour!
”Reach for the Stars” by S Club 7 plays and Eagle hops out of the titantron with his belt wrapped around his waist. As he runs down the ramp he takes off his belt. He climbs the turnbuckle and back flips off, getting a huge pop from the crowd.
CHARLES: And his opponent …from Las Vegas, Nevada ...weighing in at 186 pounds ...he is the FWF Cruiserweight champion ...Eagle!
The bell rings. Sean and Eagle circle the ring. They lock up, Eagle takes the wrist. Sean rolls out, takes Eagle’s wrist into a wristlock. Eagle spins under, grabs Sean’s arm and locks in a hammerlock. Sean grabs Eagle’s head, takes him down to the mat, spins himself over, nips himself up, and then Irish-whips Eagle. Eagle ducks the clothesline. And the back elbow.
LEGEND: Fast-paced action as always from our cruiserweights.
Eagle bounces back with a crossbody, going straight into the cover. ...1 ...2. Sean kicks out. He gets his knees and hits a ground Death Valley Driver on Eagle. He then locks in a leg scissors. Eagle rolls back into a headstand then flips himself up. Sean turns Eagle over and gets him into a full nelson.
LEGEND: It’s just impossible to predict a winner.
Sean spins Eagle round and snapmares him. Sean then kicks him in the back. The crowd boo. He picks Eagle up, then suplexes him. He keeps hold of Eagle’s head, stands up and suplexes him again. He does this for a third time. Sean then climbs the turnbuckle. He goes for a Swanton bomb but Eagle moves out of the way.
BRIGGS: Crashed and burned!
Sean gets angry and runs towards Eagle but gets drop-toe-held for his trouble. Eagle bounces of the ropes and hits a 619! He then springboards and legdrops Sean on his head, going straight into the cover. ...1 ...2 ...3.
CHARLES: Here is your winner ...and still FWF cruiserweight champion ...Eagle!
BRIGGS: That was the first of 3 championship matches tonight.
LEGEND: And we have more to come... right after these messages.
