BETHEA: Welcome one and all to Live-Wire. I’m Ernest Bethea.
STRACHON: And I’m Sam Strachon. We are fresh off of Genesis and what a huge night that was.
BETHEA: In case you missed it, let’s take a look at that amazing ending to the main event.
BETHEA: That’s right. For the first time in almost seven years, “Captain” Joe Stall is the top dog, the man with the FWF World Championship.
STRACHON: We also saw James Stall and Marcus Thomas Brody retain their FWF Elite Tag Team Championships in arguably the greatest tag team match in history.
BETHEA: But WBL has a chance to redeem himself as he takes on James Stall in one on one action. Over to Phil Charles for the announcements.
CHARLES: The following Lost Heroes league match is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first...
WBL's voice suddenly booms over the loudspeaker: "I'm not just a legend, I am Legend!" and "I am the Bullgod" starts playing, to a loud loud and immediate chorus of boos from the fans. WBL steps out onto the stage, wearing a black boxer's robe, with "WBL" emblazoned on the back in gold, and his trademark cowboy hat. His hands are held up high, an arrogant smirk on his face. He is accompanied by his entourage: his publicist, December Green, his bodyguard, "The Abominable" Azmodai, and his niece, the reluctant Kylie Legend trailing behind them. He makes his way down to the ring, shouting back at fans and trading insults as he goes.
BETHEA: No sign of Benny Starr or Mark Briggs.
As he gets to the floor by the ring, he makes a big show of removing his robe and hat, which he hands to December. He then climbs the steel stairs and steps into the ring. After slowly walking all four sides of the ring, glaring at the audience surrounding him, he steps center and raises both hands, before turning back toward the ramp to await his opponent.
CHARLES: ...accompanied by The Entourage ...from Houston, Texas ...weighing in at 288 pounds ...”Wild” Bill Legend!
“TNT” by AC/DC begins to play. James enters the arena. He walks down the ramp, slapping the hands of a few fans as he goes before climbing into the ring.
CHARLES: And his opponent ...from New York City, New York ...weighing in at 255 pounds ...he is one half of the FWF Elite Tag Team Champions ...James Stall!
STRACHON: Of course, MTB is preparing for his match against Christian Lee in tonight’s main event.
The bell sounds. The two men go to lock up, but WBL kicks James in the stomach. He then hits him with a Swinging Neckbreaker. He waits for James to get up before hitting him with quick chokeslam. As James is getting up, WBL grabs him from behind and executes a Back Suplex.
BETHEA: And the bigger man is in control.
WBL picks James up, but James begins to fight back, hitting WBL with lefts and rights. He then bounces off the ropes and comes back with a Spear. WBL quickly gets up and James executes a Neckbreaker of his own. WBL gets up again and James grabs him before hitting him with a DDT.
STRACHON: DDT!
BETHEA: I didn’t think we’d ever see that move again after Genesis.
STRACHON: Yes... “Dragonfly” Danny T. INVENTED that move...
BETHEA: There’s no need for sarcasm.
WBL crawls into the corner. James walks over, but WBL hits a drop toe hold, tripping James head first into the middle turnbuckle. He then grabs him from behind and lifts him up before executing the Russian Legsweep. He goes for the cover. ...1 ...2. James kicks out.
BETHEA: Stall’s still in this.
WBL slowly bounces off the ropes. He comes back and connects with Legdrop, going straight into the cover. ...1 ...2. James kicks out. WBL picks him up and executes a Piledriver.
STRACHON: Right on the head!
WBL waits for James to get up. In doing so, he runs at him with the Stampede Clothesline, but James ducks and rolls him up. ...1 ...2. WBL kicks out. Both men get up and James Irish-whips WBL, but WBL counters and sends James into the corner. He then runs at him with a second Stampede Clothesline, but James moves out of the way and WBL hits the turnbuckle.
BETHEA: Here we go!
WBL stumbles out and James connects with the Shining Wizard. The crowd cheer as he goes for the cover. ...1 ...2 ...3. The bell sounds.
CHARLES: The winner of the match ...James Stall!
Suddenly, December Green grabs a steel chair and gets into the ring. James turns around and December swings the chair, hitting him across the face.
BETHEA: No!
STRACHON: In the face!!!!!!!!!!
Azmodai gets into the ring and WBL get up. The three begin to stomp away at James. After a moment, Marcus Thomas Brody begins to charge down the ramp before sliding into the ring.
STRACHON: It’s MTB!
BETHEA: James’ partner has come to make the save!
WBL goes for the Stampede Clothesline, but MTB ducks and hits the German Suplex. Azmodai goes for a right hand, but MTB ducks that before locking in the Preysnatcher. He then nails the Su-Prey. December holds the chair and MTB snatches it from her before staring at her.
STRACHON: Uh oh...
MTB holds the chair up and the crowd cheer. Benny Starr rolls out from under the ring. He then climbs in and as MTB turns around, Benny hits him with the Super Strike.
STRACHON: I don’t think he’s getting up this time.
“Welcome to the Jungle” by Guns N’ Roses plays. Angrily, Pain makes his way out on stage with a microphone.
PAIN: Hold it right there!
BETHEA: Well, the Chairman has something to say.
PAIN: I am sick of this war that you four seem to have going. Well, if it’s a war you want, then it’s a war you’re gonna get.
STRACHON: I see where this is going.
PAIN: Y’see, the ratings for Genesis were the highest Stampede TV has ever had. The tag team match was unbelievable. The main event was amazing. So what if we combine the two?
BETHEA: I don’t get where this is going.
STRACHON: You wouldn’t.
PAIN: Genesis was amazing, but now I have a challenge. I have to one-up it and that’s exactly what I plan on doing. Our next pay-per-view will be FWF War Zone VII.
STRACHON: See it now?
BETHEA: Nope.
PAIN: And so... in our main event, Christian Lee will team up with “Wild” Bill Legend and “Super” Benny Starr to take on the team of “Captain” Joe Stall, James Stall and Marcus Thomas Brody in an all or nothing match.
BETHEA: Oh my...
STRACHON: There’s more.
BETHEA: How much more can there be?
STRACHON: Sometimes, I really don’t understand how you got a job here.
PAIN: WAR GAMES!
BETHEA: Oh my God! Huge news!
STRACHON: There we go...
BETHEA: Well, folks... a triple threat match coming up. Don’t go anywhere.

BETHEA: Welcome back to Live-Wire. At Genesis, Tim E. Vortex was nothing but impressive, eliminating every Warrior in the Something Old, Something New battle royal.
STRACHON: All, but one that is. From out of nowhere, Trent Page threw our resident time traveller out of the ring.
STRACHON: But Vortex got his revenge later on in the night
BETHEA: Trent Page interrupted the Hall of Fame ceremony and tried to escape. Let’s take a look at what happened.
STRACHON: In the face!
BETHEA: And now the two will face off with Lloyd Matthews, making his debut here tonight.
CHARLES: The following triple threat match is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first...
“There is a Fire in the House” by Steve Vai hits the sound system, the sirens start sounding and Lloyd Matthews makes his way onto the entrance ramp. He taunts at the crowd, flexing his arms before strutting down the ramp towards the ring. He slides in and jumps to his feet, smirking as he paces back and forth.
CHARLES: ...from Minneapolis, Minnesota ...weighing in at 203 pounds ...he is the God Given Greatness ...Lloyd Matthews!
Blue and white smoke rises from the grid panels on the titantron as "Time is Running Out" by Muse plays. After a moment, the smoke clears to show Tim E. Vortex stood on the stage. He walks down the ramp, shaking hands with a few fans before rolling into the ring.
CHARLES: And his opponent ...from the Space-Time vortex ...weighing in at 255 pounds ...Timothy Edward Vortex!
“Violent Revolution” by Kreator plays. Trent steps out on stage and raises his fist into the air. Continuing, he walks down the ramp, ignoring the fans completely. When he gets to the bottom of the ramp, he runs the rest of the way and slides under the bottom rope before popping up. He then tears off his t-shirt and tosses it aside.
CHARLES: And their opponent ...from Trenton, New Jersey ...weighing in at 240 pounds ...Trent Page!
The bell sounds and straight away Trent and Vortex immediately begin to exchange blows. Lloyd then connects with a double dropkick, knocking both men down. He then picks Vortex up and hits him with a Suplex.
BETHEA: Nice start by the newcomer.
He picks Vortex up again and Irish-whips him. When he comes back, Lloyd takes Vortex over with an Armdrag, keeping hold to apply a short armbar. With the hold still locked in, Vortex gets up to his feet. He then spins under Lloyd’s arm, getting him into a wristlock.
BETHEA: Timothy is a man of many styles. He fights all over the universe.
STRACHON: Of course he does...
Vortex then sends Lloyd into the ropes. When he comes back, Vortex lifts him up and drops him down with a Flapjack. Trent tries to hit him with a jab, but Vortex ducks and raises Trent onto his shoulders. He then falls back with the Electric Chair Drop.
BETHEA: Great move from Vortex.
As Trent is getting up, Vortex hits him with a headbutt, knocking him back into the corner. He then Irish-whips him into the opposite corner and runs at him with a Big Boot, but Trent moves out of the way and Vortex traps his leg over the top rope.
STRACHON: That’s the last place you wanna be in this match.
Trent grabs Vortex from behind and lifts him up into a wheelbarrow before pulling him out of the corner. He then hits a Wheelbarrow Suplex. He goes for the cover. ...1 ...2. Lloyd breaks up the pin. As Trent is getting up, Lloyd bounces off the ropes. He then comes back with a Swinging Neckbreaker.
STRACHON: He really does have God Given Greatness.
Lloyd begins to climb the turnbuckle as Trent is getting up. Vortex slowly begins to sneak to the top rope. Lloyd leaps off, connecting with a crossbody to take Trent down into the pin. ...1 ...2. Vortex jumps off, breaking up the pin by hitting Lloyd with the Watch Out.
BETHEA: Watch Out!
Lloyd rolls to the outside. Vortex looks down at Trent as the crowd begin to cheer. He then grabs Trent’s legs, intertwining them with his own before locking in the Worm Hole.
STRACHON: Worm Hole locked in.
BETHEA: Will it be enough?
Trent screams out in pain. He frantically begins to reach about. He then slowly begins to drag himself across the ring. He reaches out, but Vortex applies more pressure. Trent taps out and the bell sounds.
CHARLES: The winner of the match ...Timothy Edward Vortex!
BETHEA: And Vortex has got some revenge!
STRACHON: I don’t think Trent Page is gonna be thrilled about that.
Lloyd Matthews makes his way backstage as Vortex ascends the turnbuckle, raising his arms to a cheering crowd. He gets off and turns around and Trent kicks him in the stomach. He then hooks both of his arms before nailing the Coup de’tat.
BETHEA: No!
STRACHON: I told you he wouldn’t be happy.
BETHEA: He’s a sore loser, Sam!
STRACHON: He’s not a sore loser. Vortex humiliated him at Genesis and Page is getting his own back.
With the crowd booing, Trent gets out of the ring and heads backstage. Moments later, ring crew assist Vortex out of the ring.
BETHEA: Well, folks, Camisado is in action next.
CHARLES: The following match scheduled is for one fall! Introducing first...
Orange and aqua blue spotlights aimlessly search the arena until "Composure" by August Burns Red hits the P.A. system. The lighting flickers simultaneously with the drum beat to the intro. Around twenty seconds into the song, there's a short break in the music. Once the music begins again, Camisado jumps from behind the curtains of the entrance.
CHARLES: ...from Louisville, Kentucky ...weighing in at 152 pounds ...Camisado!
Suddenly, Christian Lee comes out from behind the curtain with a steel chair, hitting Camisado in the back with it.
STRACHON: What the...?
BETHEA: It’s Christian Lee... the former World Champion. What’s he doing out here?
STRACHON: I think he’s taking out some frustration.
Christian drops the chair and grabs Camisado by the head and slamming it against the ring apron. He then rolls Camisado into the ring and gets in himself. Camisado begins to fight back, hitting Christian in the stomach and the crowd cheer. He goes for a right hand, but Christian ducks and nails the Glamour Slam.
BETHEA: Glamour Slam!
STRACHON: Lolz!
Camisado slowly begins to drag himself up to his feet. When he does, Christian executes the Star Struck. He then snatches the microphone from ring announcer, Phil Charles.
CHRISTIAN: Y’see that, Joe? You think that because of all your accomplishments you’re better than me? Camisado here is a former Heavyweight World Champion, a former Tag Team Champion, a former Cruiserweight Champion and a winner of Jealousy.
BETHEA: Endless list of achievements.
CHRISTIAN: He has done so much and who took him out? Me... Christian Lee!
Christian tosses down the microphone as the crowd explode into “you suck” chants. He gets out of the ring and heads up the ramp. As he does, EMT’s rush down it with a stretcher and get in the ring with it.
BETHEA: He may well have just ended Camisado’s career.
STRACHON: Good.
BETHEA: We’re gonna have to take a short break now. We’ll have an update on this... when we return.

BETHEA: And we’re back.
STRACHON: It gives me much pleasure to announce that Camisado is officially on the injured list.
BETHEA: Before the break, we saw Christian Lee attack Camisado, taking out his anger after losing the World title at Genesis.
STRACHON: And the former Champion will be in action in our main event tonight as he faces one half of the FWF Elite Tag Team Champions, Marcus Thomas Brody.
BETHEA: Of course, that is if MTB is able to compete after being hit with the Super Strike earlier this evening.
CHARLES: The following Lost Heroes league match is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first...
Blood red strobe lights pulse through the arena as Parasite by Disturbed starts to blare from the speakers. The music and the pulsing lights cause the crowd to look up in interest. As the opening verse reaches its peak Thor steps from the back wearing a black leather trench coat that has the Empire of Blood skull in gold stitching on the right breast. He starts down the ramp towards the ring as he grins widely. Thor slides into the ring and looks up the ramp for a moment. Once in the ring Thor raises his arms and throws off his trench coat awaiting his opponent.
CHARLES: ...from parts unknown ...weighing in at 175 pounds ...Sah’ta Thor!
The light fades and The Pursuit of Vikings starts. As Oswald appears on the stage the light comes back on and smoke starts to cover the stage. Oswald holds his axe up high and roars. He then places the axe in its sheath on his back. As he walks towards the ring, he drinks mjöd from an ox horn. He slowly steps into the ring, and takes his coat and helmet off after which he climbs the nearest turnbuckle and drinks some more mjöd.
CHARLES: And his opponent ...hailing from Denmark ...weighing in at 140 kilograms ...he is the FWF Universal Champion ...Oswald Brodd!
BETHEA: Two of FWF’s biggest Warriors going one on one.
The bell sounds and straight away Brodd takes Thor down with a Danish Uppercut. He picks him up and nails him with a Suplex. Brodd bounces off the ropes. When he comes back, he connects with an Elbow Drop.
STRACHON: That’s 308 pounds crashing down on him.
BETHEA: Oswald Brodd was impressive at Genesis in an epic bout that saw him force “Dragonfly” Danny T. out of FWF in a Last Man Standing match.
STRACHON: I think he’s at his peak now, Beast. No one can stop him.
With Thor on the floor, Brodd slowly bounces off the ropes. He comes back with another Elbow Drop, but Thor moves out of the way and gets to his feet. As Brodd is getting up, Thor bounces off the ropes and comes back with a dropkick to the knee. Thor then bounces off the ropes before hitting a Swinging Neckbreaker.
BETHEA: Sah’ta Thor was the first Universal Champion, but can he beat the current one?
STRACHON: Nah.
Thor begins to pick Brodd up, but Brodd pushes Thor back, ramming him into the corner. He then Irish-whips him into the other corner before running at him, hitting him with a splash. Thor stumbles out and Brodd executes a Spinebuster.
STRACHON: Ouch.
BETHEA: Great offence by the Great Dane.
Brodd slowly bounces off the ropes. He comes back and connects with Legdrop, going straight into the cover. ...1 ...2. Thor kicks out. Brodd picks him up, raises him into the fireman’s carry position and executes a Danish Drop.
BETHEA: The Mad Viking is in control.
Brodd picks Thor up and hits him with a Neckbreaker before covering. ...1 ...2. Thor kicks out. Brodd picks him up, but Thor begins to fight back, hitting Brodd in the gut. He hits him in the chest before delivering a right hand to his face. Brodd retaliates with a chop. Thor returns it. Brodd goes for a right hand, but Thor ducks.
BETHEA: Here we go.
Thor hits Brodd with a chop to the neck. He does this for a second time before connecting with a Roundhouse Kick, taking Brodd into a dazed stance. He then hits a heart punch and Brodd drops to his knees. Thor quickly climbs to the top rope. He then leaps off with the Guillotine Legdrop.
BETHEA: What a move!
Thor goes for the cover. ...1 ...2. Brodd kicks out. As Brodd is getting up, Thor bounces off the ropes. When he comes back, Brodd lifts him up and drops him to the mat with a Sidewalk Slam.
STRACHON: Beautiful counter from the Universal Champion.
As Thor is getting up, Brodd grabs him from behind before taking him with the Danish Legsweep. He goes for the cover. ...1 ...2. Thor kicks out. Brodd picks him up and sends him into the corner. He then charges at him with a splash, but Thor moves out of the way and Brodd hits the turnbuckle.
BETHEA: The Immortal one has an opening.
Brodd stumbles out and Thor hits him with a High Knee, knocking him back into the corner. He stumbles out again and Thor hooks his head before using the turnbuckle to spin round and drive Brodd’s head into the mat with a Tornado DDT. He covers. ...1 ...2. Brodd gets his foot on the ropes.
STRACHON: What a match.
BETHEA: I don’t think it’s possible to predict a winner here.
Brodd begins to get up. Thor grabs him and tries to lift him up into the tombstone position, but Brodd is too heavy to be picked off his feet. With that, Brodd hits Thor with a Danish Uppercut to knock him back.
STRACHON: Oswald Brodd is 130 pounds heavier than Thor. What was he thinking?
Brodd bounces off the ropes. He comes back with the Clothesline from Valhalla, but Thor ducks and rolls him up. ...1 ...2 ...3. The bell sounds and Thor quickly gets out of the ring, smiling.
STRACHON: No!
CHARLES: The winner of the match ...Sah’ta Thor!
BETHEA: Thor did it, Sam!
STRACHON: He had a huge loss at Genesis.
BETHEA: But he’s got a huge win here at Live-Wire. He’s beaten the Universal Champion!
STRACHON: Grr...
BETHEA: Coming up next, we have two men who were victorious last week.
STRACHON: The Devil returned, beating, with ease, Camisado, who’s now on the injured list.
BETHEA: And also on that list is James Bohne after he was beaten by Matthew “The Raven” Knox.
STRACHON: The two victors will now face off against each other.
BETHEA: Plus, in our main event we have a little sneak preview of War Zone.
STRACHON: Earlier tonight, FWF Chairman Pain announced an All or Nothing War Games match will take place.
BETHEA: And it most certainly is a war.
STRACHON: And so two of the members will battle it out. It’s Christian Lee versus Marcus Thomas Brody.
BETHEA: Don’t go anywhere.

Coming back from the commercial break, Linda Myles stands in front of the FWF logo. The camera zooms out to show “Captain” Joe Stall stood beside her with his belt draped over his shoulders.
MYLES: Hello everyone, I’m Linda Myles. My guest at this time is the FWF World Champion, “Captain” Joe Stall.
STALL: Say that again.
MYLES: The FWF World Champion, “Captain” Joe Stall.
STALL: Oh, that sounds good.
MYLES: How does it feel to win the main event of Genesis?
STALL: It feels fantastic, Linda. I was in the main event of the first ever Genesis back in 2004 and now, CJS is back on top.
MYLES: It was announced earlier tonight that you will be leading a team in War Games at FWF War Zone VII. What are your thoughts on that match?
STALL: am “Captain” Joe Stall ...Captain. I didn’t get that ‘cause I thought it was a cool nickname. I was a captain... I’ve fought in wars. This is just one more war I gotta win.
MYLES: Facing you in that match will be Christian Lee.
STALL: Let me just stop you there, Linda, I know where you’re going with this. You want my thoughts on what he did to Camisado right?
MYLES: Yeah...
STALL: Well, let me tell you something, Christian Lee. You can go around beating up every Warrior on this roster... but there’s someone who you couldn’t beat at Genesis and that’s me.
MYLES: Thank you, Joe. Now back to you guys in the arena.
BETHEA: Thanks, Linda. Christian Lee faces MTB in our main event.
STRACHON: But first...
CHARLES: The following match scheduled is for one fall! Introducing first...
The house lights dim down to a dull blue, and smoke billows forth around the entrance. As the opening guitar to "The Hurt" by House of Broken Promises rings forth, Matthew steps out onto the stage, with Astryd at his side. She stands watching him as he begins running from end to end, screaming at the crowd, getting them pumped for the competition. He then makes his way back to Astryd, and the two advonce onward to the ring, slapping hands on the way.
BETHEA: Knox is coming off a great win over James Bohne at Genesis.
He slides in under the bottom rope, with Astryd in tow then goes to each corner, mounting it, and raising his fists to the air. After he's done interacting with the fans, he removes his trench coat, and hands it to Astryd, the two partake in a brief kiss and embrace, before he holds the ropes open to her, then walks to a corner, and leans against it, eyeing the ramp, and awaiting his opponent.
CHARLES: ...from Monterey, California ...weighing in at 240 pounds ...Matthew “The Raven” Knox!
The camera heads up to view the top of the entrance when all of a sudden A Day To Remember’s “I'm Made Of Wax, Larry, What Are You Made Of" begins to play over the PA System. The crowd all goes silent as all of a sudden from the entrance way a man comes from behind the curtain. He flings his arms up in the air as to say I am here. The crowd begins to boo as he just stands there for a few seconds. He keeps his hands in the air as he spins around and then starts to walk down the ramp into the ring.
CHARLES: And his opponent ...from Lawrence, Massachusetts, Hell ...weighing in at 245 pounds ...The Devil!
The bell sounds and the two men lock up. Knox overpowers Devil into the corner and the referee begins to count. ...1 ...2 ...3 ...4. Knox lets go. The two circle the ring before locking up again. This time, Devil overpowers Knox into the corner and once more, the referee starts the count. ...1 ...2 ...3 ...4. Devil seems like he’s breaking the hold, but instead, he hits Knox with a right hand.
BETHEA: Cheap shot by The Devil.
As Knox is getting up, Devil bounces off the ropes. He comes back with a clothesline, but Knox ducks. Devil turns around and Knox kicks him in the stomach before hitting Swinging Fisherman Suplex. Knox then quickly heads to the top rope as his opponent stands. He leaps off, hitting Devil with a Missile Dropkick. The crowd begin to cheer.
STRACHON: The Raven’s got wings.
BETHEA: Great move by the former Iron Man Champion.
The crowd begin to cheer as Knox heads to the top rope again. Devil quickly gets up and hits Knox with a right hand, forcing him to fall off to the mat below. Devil pulls him into the middle of the ring and goes for the cover. ...1 ...2. Knox kicks out.
STRACHON: I can’t believe he thought he could pull it off twice.
Using the ropes, Knox begins to pull himself up. Devil grabs his head and begins to choke him on the top rope. ...1 ...2 ...3 ...4. Devil releases. He then Irish-whips Knox. When he comes back, Devil hits him with a clothesline.
BETHEA: Of course Devil is coming off a huge win too, beating Camisado in the Casket Match.
STRACHON: Yeah, but that’s hardly a challenge...
Devil waits for Knox to get up. In doing so, he runs at him with a STRIKE, RUNNING, but Knox ducks. He then quickly hits a Back Suplex before covering. ...1 ...2. Devil kicks out. Both men get up and Knox Irish-whips Devil, but Devil counters and sends Knox into the corner. He then runs at him with a splash, but Knox moves out of the way and Devil hits the turnbuckle.
STRACHON: I love it when they do that.
Devil stumbles out and Knox hits him with a Talon. He gets up, only to be hit with a second Talon. He gets up again and Knox grabs him from behind before hitting the Call of the Black Bird. He goes for the cover. ...1 ...2 ...3.
STRACHON: Boo. Hiss.
CHARLES: The winner of the match ...Matthew “The Raven” Knox!
BETHEA: Great win by Matt Knox?
STRACHON: Great? It was mediocre at best.
BETHEA: Well, folks, don’t go anywhere. Our main event is next.

BETHEA: And we are back. The Lost Heroes league kicked off today, Sam.
STRACHON: Indeed it did. Eight of our finest Warriors will, at some stage over the next couple of months, face off against each other.
BETHEA: A win will get them three points, a draw will get them one points, but a loss will get them nothing.
STRACHON: The winner of the league will battle it out with the runner up for the FWF Lost Heroes Trophy.
BETHEA: Earlier tonight, James Stall picked up the first three points of the tournament.
STRACHON: Sah’ta Thor beat Oswald Brodd to earn himself some points.
BETHEA: And now we have yet another league match, but this one has some history.
STRACHON: Last month, Christian Lee attacked MTB, resulting in a disqualification.
BETHEA: Can MTB prove that he can pick up a clean win as the two head into War Games? There’s only one way to find out...
STRACHON: It is not time... for our MAAAAAAAAIN EVENT!
CHARLES: The following match scheduled is for one fall! Introducing first...
Bon Jovi's "Livin' on a Prayer" starts playing and once the song kicks in, MTB comes through the curtain to mostly cheers. He energetically struts down the ramp, playing to the crowd and slapping fans' hands, and slides into the ring. Once he stands up, the song is at the guitar solo so he air guitars and at the end does a powerslide in the ring whilst silver, blue and gold sparks come out from the ring posts.
CHARLES: ...from Manchester, England ...weighing in at 230 pounds ...he is one half of the FWF Elite Tag Team Champions ...Marcus Thomas Brody!
Tinie Tempah’s “Pass Out” breaks out and golden pyro explodes drips down from the tittontron creating a shower of gold and yellow as Christian Lee walks out at the top of the ramp with his arms out to sides spinning around as if in aura of himself. Freddy Jynx enters behind him. As he walks down the ramp, silver and gold pyro set off all along either side of him as he struts his way down to the ring and slides under the bottom rope.
BETHEA: Well, here comes the FORMER World Champion.
He then climbs the turnbuckle and raises his arms and beats on his chest and drops down, Lee then makes his way towards the ropes and stands on the middle rope and taunts the fans, again he then walks to the opposite sides middle rope and does the same, only this time removing his jacket and tossing it to the outside, then as the music dies down he removes the shades and hands them to the referee to place somewhere safe.
CHARLES: And his opponent ...now residing in Las Vegas ...weighing in at 274 pounds ...Christian Lee!
STRACHON: He looks naked without that belt.
The bell sounds. The two men go to lock up, but Christian kicks MTB in the stomach. He then hits him with a Hiptoss. He waits for MTB to get up before hitting him with a Snap Suplex. As MTB is getting up, Christian grabs him from behind and executes a Back Suplex.
STRACHON: Christian Lee is in control.
BETHEA: But don’t count MTB out. He’s been in this situation before, but he’s still undefeated.
Christian bounces off the ropes, but MTB quickly gets up and hits Christian with a running elbow when he comes back. Christian quickly gets up, but is knocked back down with another elbow. As Christian is getting up again, MTB bounces off the ropes and comes back with a High Crossbody. An “MTB” chant begins.
BETHEA: Listen to this crowd, Sam.
STRACHON: It’s hard not to.
Christian rolls to the outside to catch his breath. Face follows and Christian runs around the ring before getting in. When face gets in, Christian immediately hits him with a Knee Drop.
STRACHON: After that Super Strike from Benny Starr earlier tonight, it’s amazing he’s still alive here.
Christian picks MTB up and grabs him by the head. He then slams it against the turnbuckle before Irish-whipping him into the opposite corner. He charges at him, hitting a knee to the face. MTB stumbles out and Christian nails a DDT.
BETHEA: Christian Lee took out some frustrations out on Camisado earlier tonight. It looks like he’s doing the same thing now.
STRACHON: Of course he is. Camisado isn’t enough to satisfy anyone.
With the crowd booing, Christian heads to the middle rope. He leaps off, going for Knee Drop, but MTB moves out of the way and Christian comes crashing down to the mat. With both men down, the referee begins to count. ...1 ...2 ...3 ...4. Christian gets on to his knees. ...5 ...6 ...7 ...8. He gets to his feet, but MTB quickly gets up.
BETHEA: And they’re up.
Christian goes for a right hand, but MTB ducks and grabs him in a waistlock. He then hits a German Suplex. Keeping hold, he picks Christian up before nailing a second German Suplex.
STRACHON: Can he get the third?
He picks Christian up again. He then connects with a third German Suplex. Freddie Jynx gets into the ring with a steel chair, and swings it at MTB, but MTB ducks and grabs Jynx in the Preysnatcher. He then hits the Su-Prey.
STRACHON: Referee down!
Jynx rolls out of the ring. MTB grabs Christian and takes him over to the corner, getting him into the tree of woe. He walks out and does the air guitar to a cheering audience. He then hits a knee slide on Christian, knocking him off the top.
STRACHON: In the face!
BETHEA: But the referee’s still down, Sam!
Suddenly, Benny Starr and WBL begin to run down the ramp and the crowd boo. WBL then connects with the Stampede Clothesline.
BETHEA: Stampede Clothesline!
James Stall runs out. He charges down the ramp and slides into the ring. Benny goes for the Super Strike, but James ducks and begins to hit WBL with right hands. Benny then cuts him off with the Super Strike.
BETHEA: No!
STRACHON: Is there anyone out there in the back, someone who might have some sort of connection to this match and is looking for revenge on a tag team that they will possibly be facing in the War Games match at FWF War Zone VII to come out and make the save?
“Real American” begins to play. “Captain” Joe Stall angrily makes his way out. The crowd scream as he gets into the ring and Benny and WBL quickly flee. Christian gets up. He runs at Stall, only to be hit with the Sergeant Spinebuster.
BETHEA: There it is!
Stall then grabs MTB and drags him on top of Christian as the referee comes to. He slowly starts to count. ...1 ...2 ...3. The bell sounds.
CHARLES: The winner of the match ...Marcus Thomas Brody!
BETHEA: MTB has done it. He’s beaten Christian Lee.
STRACHON: I don’t think this was the clean win he was looking for.
BETHEA: Will this be the scene at War Zone?
STRACHON: Nevermind that. What’s gonna happen next week?
BETHEA: I don’t know, Sam. Make sure you all tune in then... for Live-Wire! Goodnight.
The referee hands Stall, James and MTB their belts as Christian rolls to the outside to join WBL and Benny. They raise the World and Elite Tag Team titles in the air to a cheering crowd as the scene fades out to black.
