BETHEA:: Welcome to Live-Wire! I'm Ernest BETHEA:, here with my broadcast colleague Tom Briggs.
BRIGGS: And what a show we have Ernest. How about that main event we have tonight?
BETHEA:: Indeed, the US Tag Champions James Bohne and Christine Marsh shall be taking on the team of The Count and one of the number one contenders to the World Title, Prozac.
BRIGGS: In other action, we shall see the United Kingdom Champion and a member of Team Stall in the War Games match at Wat Zone 5, Matthew "The Raven" Knox take on the father of two of his team mates, Sah'ta Thor.
BETHEA:: But up first we'll be seeing another member of of Joe Stall's War Games team in action as the Iron Man Champion, King of Kings takes on the last ever Women's Champion, Alexia Cross.
BRIGGS: Yeah.... should be fun. Over to Phi... I mean, Simon Jenkins.
JENKINS: The following contest is scheduled to one fall....
"Black Sheep" by Saliva hits as the arena goes black except for a blue light on the top of the entrance ramp. Smoke billows from the floor as KOK enters and walks through it and down to the ring. He climbs into the ring using the steps and once he is in the ring, he removes the sunglasses and the coat.
JENKINS: Introducing first ...from Derby, England ...weighing in at 260 pounds ...he is the FWF Iron Man Champion ...”King of Kings” Joe Page.
Saliva’s “Survival of the Sickest” continues to pour into sound. Alexia Cross enters and smiles at the audience, posing for a second as she raises her right hand into the air, nodding just once as the crowd jump to their feet, their voices cracking under the strain as her grin widens. Alexia doesn’t stay much longer, taking one last look at the audience, she descends down the rampway with a skip, soon only to run past the audience eagerly. She connects with a few hands, her attention however remaining on the ring as she baseball slides beneath the ropes.
JENKINS: And his opponent ...from Cornwall, New York ...weighing in at 135 pounds ..."The Divine" Alexia Cross.
BRIGGS: Why's she smiling? She's about to wrestle a 260 lbs man!
BETHEA:: You need to learn some ring psychology. If your opponent knows you're concerned, they'll take advantage of that. If you smile, you can throw your opponent off guard.
The bell rings and they lock up. Alexia quickly gets KOK in a headlock. Soon after KOK pushes Alexia back against the ropes from the hold and sends her to the other side where she rebounds and heads back at KOK where KOK knocks her down with a shoulder thrust.
BRIGGS: Alexia wanted bigger matches and with that come bigger opponents.
BETHEA:: And KOK is a big name in FWF. Former Worlsd champ and current Ironman champ says alot.
KOK goes for a big stomp, but Alexia rolls out of the way avoiding it. She jumps up and kicks KOK in the gut then goes to whip in, but KOK counters and Irish whips her to the ropes where she bounces off and KOK hits a jumping knee.
BETHEA:: The size difference and the experience is really coming into play here.
BRIGGS: She asked for it.
BETHEA:: And so she should. With the Women's Title gone, women have equal opportunities to men.
BRIGGS: Lolz!
KOK goes to lift her, but Alexia quickly rolls him up in a small package. …1 …2. KOK kicks out.
BETHEA:: Alexia with a close call there!
BRIGGS: Just luck to me. There's no way she could hang in with a guy.
BETHEA:: Knowing you, you probably wish you were King of Kings right now.
BRIGGS: You got that right.
BETHEA:: Well, you wouldn't be, she'd beat you easily.
They both get up and KOK clothesline her back down. She gets up a little wobbly and he grabs her arm and pulls her hard hitting a short-arm clothesline. He then pins her for the cover. …1 …2. Cross kicks out!
BRIGGS: That women is down and needs to get used to that.
BETHEA:: Is that all you think about? Focus on the match and not your.... ahem...
He lifts her back yup and goes for a punch, but she ducks under and gets behind KOK and rolls him up in a schoolboy pin. …1 …2. KOK kicks out.
BETHEA:: Again! Alexia almost stole this match from KOK for a second time. He is going to have to watch that, next time he might not be as lucky enough as to kickout in time.
They both get up and Alexia jumps at KOK, and KOK grabs her and hits a massive spinebuster, then goes for the cover. …1 …2. Cross kicks out!
BETHEA:: Alexia has that never die attitude which is what you are seeing right here which is why she is undefeated so far here in FWF and the last ever FWF Womens champion.
BRIGGS: Never say die? That's ridiculous.
BETHEA:: Ever been in the ring?
BRIGGS: Not recently.
BETHEA:: Then shut up.
KOK is up and runs to the ropes and comes back and hits a jumping knee to Alexia’s head. KOK gets up and lifts Alexia up to her feet by her head soon after. He hooks her head and arm and lifts her high up for a suplex. He holds her up there stalling it. After a few second he completes the move making the ring shake.
BETHEA:: Alexia, look out!
BRIGGS: It's no use, Beast, she can't hear you.
KOK covers Alexia. …1 …2. She kicks out! KOK keeps his cool and shrugs it off and get to his feet. He lifts her up and hooks her arms looking for a Pedigree. Alexia then pushes up and tosses KOK over her back where he lands hard back first on the matt. He gets up holding his back and Alexia kicks him in the midsection, she then grabs his head and plants it to the ground with a bulldog. She follows It up with a standing jumping leg drop to the back of KOK’s neck.
BETHEA:: Alexia with some great momentum there!
BRIGGS: More like a great fluke.
BETHEA:: Don't you ever have anything nice to say about women?
KOK starts getting up and Alexia helps him the rest of the way, she then takes him back down with a snap mare followed up quickly by a dropkick to KOK’s back while he was in sitting position. Alexia then goes to the corner and climbs to the top rope.
BRIGGS: She might be looking to end this
KOK is up and meets her over there. He grabs her and throws her off to the middle of the ring. She gets up slowly holding her back and looks dazed. KOK kicks her in the gut again, hooks her arms again and this time nails the Pedigree and covers her for the pin. …1 …2 …3.
JENKINS: Here is your winner ...the FWF Iron Man Champion ...”King of Kings” Joe Page!
BRIGGS: She tried to end it too soon without doing enough damage to KOK to keep him from countering.
BETHEA:: Great win by KOK though.
BRIGGS: Wish I was him. He just had a hot woman's head between his legs.
BETHEA:: You're just as bad as Sam Strachon, insulting the talented women on FWF.
BRIGGS: Meh. We'll be back after this folks.

BRIGGS: Welcome back to Live-Wire. Our next match is a rematch of sorts. It is Matthew “The Raven” Knox versus Sah'ta Thor.
BETHEA: That’s right both of these men have had a rather interesting relationship here in the FWF.
A short highlight video is show of the match where Knox and Thor had battled to a tie at last year's Hotter Than Hell.
BRIGGS: Let's not forget that Knox is responsible for Thor losing the United States Tag Team Titles.
A clip of the handicap match on the last show of 2007 is shown as the Alliance, Matthew Knox and James Bohne pick up the victory and the US Tag Team Championships.
BETHEA: So what? Knox regrets it now and James Bohne is just as responsible. Besides he is dating Thor's daughter Astryd.
BRIGGS: Well any man who is dating Astryd Thorn should count himself blessed.
BETHEA: Even if means having to deal with Thor on a personal basis.
BRIGGS: Well Thor is one of the most underrated wrestlers in the FWF. I mean he a record holder and had to deal with an incompetent tag team partner. And let's not forget he is the father to MNR's Sujir and Astryd Thorn Over to Simon Jenkins.
JENKINS: And the following match is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first ...from parts unknown ...Sah'ta Thor!
Darkness descends on the ring as Project 86's Your Heroes are Dead starts to blare from the speakers. Several seconds later a pair of crossing red spot lights illuminate the top of the ramp. the light reveals Thor standing with his arms spread wide and head bowed as if in prayer. He starts down the ramp with an arrogant swagger to his step. Once at the ring he climbs the steps and slips between the top and middle ropes. As he enters the ring red pyros shoot from the ring posts.
BETHEA: I am not quite sure what to make of Thor's new look and attitude.
BRIGGS: Well I personally like it but let's see how it affects his in ring skills.
The lights go out, as Black Sabbath's “Children of the Grave” begins. As the music begins, the lights slowly come down to a dim blue, a fog begins to surround the entrance, the fans scream in anticipation, knowing who is coming. As the main riff screams forth, Matthew steps out in the fog, wearing his trademark trench coat, he stares down at the ring, and his opponent, then slowly begins his ascent of the ramp, he then enters the ring, and disrobes himself of the coat. He turns then, and throws his fists up, playing the crowd like a professional. He then picks a corner, and leans into it, waiting for the bell to sound.
JENKINS: And his opponent ...he is the FWF United Kingdom Champion ...Matthew “the Raven” Knox!
BETHEA: It's also worth noting that Matt Knox will be teaming up with Thor's children as members of Team Stall in the elusive War Games Match at War Zone 5. I've been in the War Games Match and won it and believe me, they're in for a tough match.
BRIGGS: So I'd say. But they're not going to beat my son's team. The three remaining members of Better Than Sex, "Super" Benny Starr, "The Assassin" James Bohne and "The Highlander From Hell" Christine Marsh. But he has still to find one more member for his team.
The referee takes the UK Title and hands it to the bell ringer. As the bell rings to signal the start of the match Thor steps forward and gets right up in Knox's face and stares into the taller man's eyes. A momentary tension is in the air as the fans take a collective breath. In the ring were two FWF's most interesting personalities and this was bound to be a match that would go down in history. It had been a long time since these men had faced off against the other. Knox breaks the stare down with a Russian leg sweep. Thor grabs both of Knox's wrists as he falls back and throws Knox over him.
BETHEA: And this match is off to an interesting start. Knox showing the first offensive move.
BRIGGS: But an impressive counter by Thor.
Both men fall to the mat and lay there dazed for a minute. Thor is the first one to his feet and he looks down at the still rising Knox. With a grin he reaches out and pulls “The Raven” to his feet.
BRIGGS: What is Thor doing?
BETHEA: It's called respect Briggs.
As Knox is standing Thor Irish whips into the ring post and follows up with a rapid series of lefts and rights. Knox pushes Thor away and gathers himself together before doing a round house kick that connects with the side of Thor's skull. Thor staggers back a few steps and sways a bit.
BRIGGS: So sue me Thor had a plan behind his helping Knox to his feet but BETHEA: you should remember what it is like to be in the ring. Or have you been retired to long?
BETHEA: I haven't been retired long enough to forget enough moves to beat you Briggs.
Knox steps back and then clotheslines the still staggering Thor. He goes for a pin fall attempt and Thor pushes him off and rolls away sliding out from ring to catch a breather. BRIGGS: Smart move by Thor there. It should allow him to regroup.
Knox follows Thor out of the ring. As knox follows him Thor slips back into the ring and quickly climbs to the top ropes and looks down at Knox.
BETHEA: Thor is setting up for a high risk maneuver here. Could it pay off?
Thor jumps off the top top and hits Knox with a Huston Hangover. Thor pair both fall to the floor and the referee starts to count them out. ...1 ...2.
BRIGGS:Thor is showing that he is willing to put his body on the line to pick up a win.
BETHEA: What's what wrestling is about. Being willing to take risks.
...3 ...4. Thor starts to move away from Knox.
BETHEA: Neither man back to their feet just yet.
...5 ...6. Knox sits up and sees Thor starting to get up. Knox grabs the ring apron and uses it to stand up. ...7. Thor sees him stand up and quickly stands the rest of the way.
BRIGGS: Both of these men are about to be counted out.
...8. Thor starts to slide back into the ring and Knox pulls him back Irish whipping him into announcer's table.
BETHEA: Knox sending the action right up to the announcer's table.
...9. Knox lifts Thor up and slams him into the announcer's table and then starts back to the rings. ...10.
JENKINS: This match has been declared a draw due to a double count out.
As Thor gets off the table, “Sparkle and Shine” by Econoline Crush plays. Wearing a dark grey suit, minus the tie and an open collared blue shirt, “Director of Authority” Mark Briggs enters the arena with a microphone in his hand. Behind him are the members of BTS, James Bohne, Benny Starr, and Christine Marsh. The group walks down towards the ring and slides into it. The United States Tag Team gleaming from around the waists of James and Christine.
DOA BRIGGS: What a match. A match that you could only see here on Live Wire. But you are probably wondering what brings me out here with the members of my Warzone team.
Thor slides into the ring as slowly as Knox slides around to the side of the ring. Both men staring James Bohne down.
BETHEA: Nobody light a match this place could explode.
DOA BRIGGS: Well truth is I am looking for a forth man for my team. Thor I would like you to join my team.
BETHEA: Has your son lost it? He should know how much Thor hates James Bohne.
“Numb” by Linkin Park plays. Wearing black jeans, a black “CJS” t-shirt with matching bandanna, Joe Stall enters the arena. Behind him are the Ironman Champion King of Kings and FWF Tag Team Champions Sujir and Astryd Thorn. They slowly begin to walk down the ramp, slapping the hands of fans as they passes. They walks up the ring steps and climbs into the ring where he is handed a microphone. He looks at Team Briggs and then at Thor as Knox slips into the ring and stands behind him.
BETHEA: And this only adds more dynamite to what should be a major explosion.
STALL Now this is a surprise. Have you gotten a little desperate there Mark? I mean come on don't you know anything about Thor?
Thor grabs a microphone from Jenkins and brings it to his lips as he looks at Matthew a moment. His eyes move over to the Ironman Champion. After a minute he looks at the FWF Tag Team Titles on the shoulders of his children. Finally he eyes move over to rest on the United States Tag Titles. He grits he teeth and suddenly decks the DoA.
THOR: I will not join your team. I never got my rematch for the United States Tag Titles and I refuse to compete against my family.
As Mark Briggs rubs his jaw Thor throws the microphone in James' face. James rushes forward to get at Thor as Team Stall gets into the fray.
BRIGGS: And this unstable situation has broken out into a full out brawl.
BETHEA: Well it is now time for a commercial break and hopefully we will get things back under control before we come back.

BETHEA: Welcome back to Live-Wire. And it is now time for our mai...
BRIGGS: MAAAAAIIIINN EVVEE..
BETHEA: No. You've killed it.
BRIGGS: Oh well. Over to Simon Jenkins.
JENKINS: The following is a tag team contest, scheduled to one fall.
A hot pink light surrounds the arena as “Simply the Best” by Tina Turner begins to play. Moments later, Christine Marsh and James Bohne enter the arena linking. They split and stand at opposite sides of the stage, raising their belts. Soon after this, Benny Starr steps out. The three then walk down the ramp and get into the ring. James and Benny ascend the turnbuckles as Christine stands in the middle of the ring with the crowd booing heavily. The music fades and the lights restore to normal.
JENKINS: Introducing first, being accompanied by "Super" Benny Starr ...they are the FWF United States Tag Team Champions ...James Bohne and Christine Marsh ...Better Than Sex!
BRIGGS: My son is a lucky man. He's got these three on his team. He doesn't even need a fourth member.
BETHEA: I'd beg to differ. These guys usually like to play the numbers game so when it's against them, they won't be happy campers.
"Crawling" by Linkin Park hits as the light go out and smoke fills the arena. At the top of the ramp, a burning ring of fire appears. As the flames flicker, The Count is revealed. The flames stop and the arena is plunged into darkness again. The lights come back on and The Count is already standing in the ring with a trail of fire leading down the ramp. He leans back in the corner, awaiting his partner.
JENKINS: And their opponents, introducing first, from Parts Unknown, weighing in at 256 pounds ...The Count!
BRIGGS: Who does this guy think he is?
BETHEA: He's the last descendent of Count Dracula. Not much is known about him.
BRIGGS: Sounds like a nutcase. All I know is that he's won one match and lost the other two he's been in. Not an impressive start in FWF.
BETHEA: I beg to differ again. His losses have been to very credible opponents.
The lights dim slightly. Then a red light surrounds the entrance on stage as “Fight Like This” by Decyfer down hits the P.A system. A moment later Prozac walks quickly out onto stage to a roaring crowd of chants and cheers. He is dressed in his wrestling bottoms and boots and a black Meds T-shirt. He stands on stage for a moment with a huge smile on his face as he looks over the crowd and taking in the cheers. He then beats his chest with both hands and yells. He begins walking down the ramp slapping hands with as many fans as he can. He climbs the stairs and enters the ring going between the ropes. He goes to a corner and climbs to the second turnbuckle and yells and beats his chest again with both hands. He then jumps down and goes to the middle of the right and looks around the arena. He takes off his shirt and throws it into the crowd. He then pumps up the crowd waving his hands for them to get louder. He then throws both arms up and faces each direction posing for the crowd. JENKINS: And his partner ...from Cornwall, New York ...weighing in at 234 pounds ...Prozac!
BETHEA: This crowd is screaming for Prozac here.
BRIGGS: Don't see why to be honest. He's nothing special.
BETHEA: You say that, but it's not going to stop millions of people around the world from adoring him.
Both Christine and Prozac step out of the ring and onto the apron. Just as the referee is about to call for the opening bell, "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley hits the arena. Everyone stands there puzzled.
BRIGGS: What's this?
BETHEA: No idea, but I don't know how to react.
All of a sudden the music cuts off and "You Know You're Right" by Nirvana starts to play, receiving vast cheers from the crowd. Out walks The Predator wearing a plain blue shirt and navy blue jeans with the World Heavyweight Championship belt draped over his shoulder and an annoyed expression on his face. He walks rather quickly down the aisle, slapping the hands of the ringside fans. He sits down at the commentary table next to Ernest Bethea and slips on a headset.
BETHEA: Welcome Pred. Any idea what that was about?
PREDATOR: I don't know. I think someone in the sound department decided to Rick Roll us all.
BRIGGS: Lolz. That's all fine and dandy, but why are you here? We don't need a third guy.
PREDATOR: Well, I'm here to scout Prozac. I'm facing him and Couch Potato in a matter of weeks at War Zone, and I figured that the best thing to do would be to get a closer view of the action and analyse Prozac's game plan. Now let's get this match going.
The bell rings andJames and The Count lock up. After a brief struggle for control and a few second of a stale mate they push each other off, each man only being pushed a foot. As it looks even they glare at each other and circle one another.
BETHEA: Neither one of them has gotten the upper hand yet.
BRIGGS: We all know my son's boy's going to succeed here.
PREDATOR: I like how Prozac's letting his partner go in first. He's always one to give the youngsters a chance to prove themselves, and it looks like The Count has done just that. let's see what else he can offer.
They lock up again and The Count knees James in the gut then clubs him in thee back once. He then goes to Irish whip him, but James counter and pulls The Count into a knee the pulls him by the arm again hitting a short-arm clothesline.
BETHEA: And The Count is down after that counter by James Bohne.
BRIGGS: Told you he was awesome.
PREDATOR: James Bohne is anything but awesome. Cunning, yes, but awesome, no.
Prozac tried to pump the crowd up for The Count from the apron as James gets The Count up and delivers a snap suplex. James then gets The Count in a chin lock.
PREDATOR: One of Prozac's strongest assets. The fans. He's a great guy who can get them lively and thoroughly behind him.
BRIGGS: So you're saying these fans will be 100% behind Prozac at War Zone?
PREDATOR: No, Tom. These fans aren't all automatons; they have their own two feet and cheer who they want to cheer.
BETHEA: I'd say that sounds right. There'll be cheers for you, cheers for Prozac and even some cheers for Couch Potato.
BRIGGS: That's nice, but so was that Snap suplex. And what a masterful chinlock by James.
James wrenches the hold, he has it in tight and Prozac is clapping his hands and so are the crowd as they try and cheer on The Count.
BRIGGS: And he's still got it in. James Bohne! The Master of the Chinlock!
BETHEA: He's metaphorically got Count on the ropes. Count really needs to get a tag in to Prozac.
PREDATOR: Oh he'll be able to do it. And once he's in, that's when the heat'll be on.
James still has the hold on tight and The Count fights to a knee. He hits James with one stiff elbow weakening the hold enough so The Count can get to both feet. The Count delivers another elbow to James’s mid-section, but he still holds on. A third elbow by The Count breaks the hold and The Count hits a spinning clothesline. He Count turns to go tag Prozac, but James grabs his foot. The Count jumps making James break the hold and The Count tags in Prozac.
BETHEA: And Prozac is in! What a break by The Count.
BRIGGS: But how? That chinlock was the best.
BETHEA: Wrestling's not just about chinlocks. You need to be able to break out of a hold too, which is what The Count did...
PREDATOR: ...and did well and now he's done what he needed and brought in the number one contender.
BETHEA: Speaking of that, what do you make about having two contenders?
PREDATOR: Really difficult. You know my track record of Triple Threats.
The fans cheer like mad as Prozac jumps in the erring and James gets up. Prozac hits a hard right hand taking James down. James is quickly back up and a hard left hand this time takes him back down. James gets up looking dazed and shaky, out on his feet and Prozac hits the Med Plant.
BRIGGS: NOOO!!! James is down!
BETHEA: A nice Med Plant by Prozac. Might want to watch that move, Pred.
PREDATOR: I will be watching for it. And Couchie better had too.
BETHEA: Of course, your track record.
PREDATOR: Aye. Every triple threat match where I've walked in as a champion, I've left without the title and wasn't even involved in the decision.
BRIGGS: bet that happens again when Couchie hits the Lazy-Boi on Prozac.
BETHEA: Speaking of Prozac, he's climbing high.
Prozac goes to the corner and ascends to the top rope. James quickly rolls as far away from Prozac as he can and Prozac hops down and James quickly tags in Christine.
Christine gets in and she looks at Prozac who is just taunting her to come on.
PREDATOR: Bad call on Prozac's part. He should've pinned him then. He gave him too much time to recover.
BETHEA: And now Christine's in.
PREDATOR: I sincerely hope Prozac puts her through pain. That she-devil broke my friend's heart.
BRIGGS: But as great as Dan was, all he did was talk about wrestling. She grew sick of it so she went for a real man, James Bohne.
PREDATOR: Well what do we have here? A Bohnerator? Speaking of Bohnes, I hope she charges at Prozac and he breaks some of her bones.
She runs at him and he uses a drop toe hold to take her down. He then hits a quick elbow drop to the small of her back followed by a quick leg drop to the back of her head.
PREDATOR: Ah-ha! That's just what I wanted. You show her Prozac!
BETHEA: A nice combination there by Prozac. Your thoughts, Briggs?
BRIGGS: He hit a girl.
PREDATOR: What happened to equality in FWF? Women can wrestle men, and speaking of wrestling, Prozac's got Christine right where he wants her.
Prozac then grabs her arm while she is still on the ground and looks at the crowd and they cheer back knowing he is looking for the Comatose. Just as he is about to apply the hold, Couch Potato runs in and attacks Prozac with a steel chair, causing the referee to call for the bell.
JENKINS: The winners of the match as a result of disqualification ...the team of Prozac and The Count!
Count runs in to help Prozac, only to be charged by Christine, James and Benny Starr who take him out. Couchie drops the chair and joins BTS in stomping on both Prozac and Count.
BRIGGS: Huzzah! Looks like they're getting their just desserts for messing about with Couch Potato and Better Than Sex.
BETHEA: They're being cheaply assaulted. What are you going to do about this, Pred.
PREDATOR: This.
Predator removes his headset, takes his belt off his shoulder and holds it in his right hand. He runs from the announcers' table and into the ring swinging his belt around. Couchie and BTS scatter away from Prozac and Count who rise to their feet and charge all four of them out of the ring. All who remain in the ring are Prozac, The Count and The Predator. Predator glares over to Prozac who is staring at the belt slung over Predator's shoulder. Their gaze then turns to Couch Potato at the top of the entrance ramp who is staring back at Predator's belt.
BETHEA: Well. It looks like the champ's got to be as sharp as he's ever been if he wants to leave War Zone with the title.
BRIGGS: Oh it'll be a War Zone, all right. And that's all we have time for. We'll see you next time.
Both Predator and Prozac turn to Count and, with an arm each, they raise his arms in the air. While doing this, Predator and Prozac lock eyes and the scene fades to black.
