The scene opens up inside the arena. “Sparkle and Shine” by Econoline Crush plays, signifying that the show is starting as we are joined my Sam Strachon and Linda Myles.
MYLES: What a show, we have for you tonight fans. A long awaited return to Live-Wire and the main event Camisado putting his title on the line against Devil from wWo Final Glory.
STRACHON: It should of been Bohne in that match, Camisado is not worthy of that title.
MYLES: That may be your opinion Sam but it is not one the rest of the fans agree with, also tonight we have the very first Hardcore Countdown match. Where Oswald Brodd could be asked to defend his title at any point of the night.
Strachon: Well, with Camisado holding the title that match may turn out to be the most exiciting.
MYLES: also James Bohne takes on Anthony Douglas, in his first match since relinquishing his title.
STRACHON: In order to progress at Vertigo for the World Heavyweight Title is a good progression and he could even save the title.
MYLES: ...and well we also have a Cruiser-weight match with Keg -vs- Sean Saviour now that Anthony Douglas has relinquished the title.
The scene opens up with Oswald Brodd sat with his Mjod and his legs up watching the television, the crowd erupt into cheers as he sits with the hardcore title over his shoulder when in the background the door opens as Ernest Bethea comes running in with a chair and brings it down over the head of Oswald leaving it dented by his helmet. The fans cheer as Oswald spills his Mjod everywhere before climbing to his feet as he begins to fight back at Bethea hitting him with some strong right hands.
STRACHON: It looks like Ernest is on the hunt for the Hardcore Title already.
MYLES: Yeah, but hitting Oswald over the head when he's wearing a helmet wasn't really the way to go about it.
Oswald grabs his horn of Mjod and hits it over the head of Ernest Bethea before standing by the doorway he looks down at the floor of Ernest before grabbing his hardcore title and then he runs out of the room
STRACHON: Oswald survived the first attack of the night from Ernest Bethea. Can he go all night though?
