The scene opens up to the hallways. Pain and Maureen are walking down, heading towards the locker rooms. Suddenly Maureen stops Pain, grabbing him by the shoulder and turns him around.
MAUREEN: Pain, you don't need to do this tonight. Shiv hasn't done anything and now you to are going to go and destroy each other over nothing.
PAIN: Look Maureen.
Maureen stops him by giving him a hard push, catching Pain off guard. He looks at her.
MAUREEN: No you look! When will you two stop trying to out macho each other? Get it through your thick skull. Stop attacking every person who looks at you wrong.
PAIN: Maureen, I promise this will be the last time I do anything like that.
MAUREEN: That’s what you said after Camisado.
PAIN: This time I mean it, okay?
Pain turns away and walks toward the locker room before Maureen can say another word. She looks on with worry on her face, shaking her head as the scene cuts to the arena.
STRACHON: Welcome to Live-Wire! I’m Sam Strachon.
BETHEA: And I’m Ernest Bethea, what a show we have tonight.
STRACHON: After weeks of having Camisado attacked, the leader of the wWo will face off against him in our main event.
BETHEA: We will have more on the Pain/Shiv scenario when they go one on one tonight.
STRACHON: But first, the hardcore championship is on the line.
"The Takeover" by Jay-Z hits as Chris Hart walks out slowly with a hood over his head receiving boos from the crowd. As he pulls it off gold fireworks start firing out behind him.
JENKINS: This next contest is scheduled for one fall and is for the Weird World Order Hardcore championship. Introducing first ...from New York City ...weighing in at 210 pounds ...”The Future” Chris Hart!
"Move Along" by All American Rejects hits as the lights dim. Suddenly a huge green pyro goes off and the lights turn on. Larry Fields then makes his way to the ring to a mixed reaction.
JENKINS: And his opponent, from Lansing, Michigan ...weighing in at 260lbs ...he is "The King of Xtreme" ...Larry Fields!
“Stricken” by disturbed blares over the P.A. system, as pyro also begins to shoot out of the stage. When the pyro stops James comes out through the curtain, and runs down the ramp and slides into the ring. He then ascends all the turnbuckles and puts his hands in an "X" above his head. He then gets in the middle of the ring ready to wrestle.
JENKINS: And introducing their opponent ...from Salem, New Hampshire ...weighing in at 200lbs ...he is the wWo Hardcore Champion ...James Bohne.
STRACHON: A new guy challenging for a title? I've always hated that; let them prove themselves first. Either that or join the wWo like the Hardcore Champion did. He joined the original wWo and won the Tag Team Championships with Gangsta Mak.
BETHEA: At that time, he was known as Tornado and pretended to be the Masked Avenger, and I held my penultimate Championship in FWF; the currently vacant Ironman Championship.
The bell rings. Straight away James pokes Larry Fields in the eye. He then hits him with a suplex. Chris Hart sneaks up behind and low blows James.
STRACHON: James Bohne is the best in this match. It won't take a low blow to stop him.
BETHEA: Low blows are legal in Hardcore matches.
James Bohne falls to the mat and Hart makes a pin attempt. James kicks out before the referee makes a count. Larry Fields comes in with a chair and nails Bohne while Chris Hart holds him down. Hart is then hit by Fields and Fields goes for the cover on James. ...1 ...2. James kicks out.
STRACHON: Not many people have kicked out from a chair shot.
BETHEA: I have.
STRACHON: Don’t contradict me, Bethea.
BETHEA: We've had this conversation before haven't we?
James is still down. Fields lifts Hart to his feet and mutters something. In response, Hart nods. The two of them then start stamping away at James before Fields nails Bohne with the chair.
STRACHON: That's quite the impressive trick.
BETHEA: Good strategy from the newcomers; take out the biggest threat first.
Eventually, James rolls out of the way to regroup on the outside. Smugly but weakly, he goes to the timekeeper and takes the bell. Fields and Hart charge at James only to take shots to the head with the ring bell. James then grabs a chair and starts to mash them in.
BETHEA: Although he has the wrong allegiance in the wWo, that is one good comeback.
STRACHON: Wow, his opponents look like they've been attacked by a tornado. Ha. I'm funny.
James throws Hart back into the ring and continues to bash Fields with the chair. As soon as Fields begins to draw blood, James goes back to the ring only to be taken down by Hart. Hart then locks in a Sharpshooter. James refuses to tap but he does manage to reach for a chair, using it to break himself free of the Sharpshooter.
BETHEA: Oh my God!
STRACHON: Why didn't you think of that when you were against Dan Taylor in your last match?
James gets to hit feet and waits in the corner. As Chris Hart gets up, James runs toward him and nails a Spear. As this is happening, Larry Fields gets back in the ring and levels James with a chair. Larry starts to stomp on Hart while nailing Bohne with the chair.
BETHEA: This Larry Fields is pretty good for a newbie.
STRACHON: Ten points to Captain Obvious, he's called the King of Xtreme, he knows what he's doing out there.
BETHEA: Do you just get a buzz over everyone in the industry? I bet you have a shrine for everyone, including yourself.
Larry picks Hart up. He then Irish-whips him and Hart holds on to the ropes. Larry runs at Hart, but Hart ducks, pulling the top rope down with him, forcing Larry to the outside. Hart turns around and James hits him with the JKO out of nowhere. He covers. ...1 ...2 ...3.
JENKINS: The winner of the match and still wWo Hardcore champion ...James Bohne.
Hart and Larry leave. James raises his title as the crowd boo. He then rolls out of the ring and heads backstage.
BETHEA: James keeps on rolling.
STRACHON: Of course he does, he’s the best on Live-Wire.
BETHEA: I wouldn’t be so sure about that.
STRACHON: Tag team action coming up next.
“Salvation” by Chimaira plays. DraVen makes his way out. He walks down the ramp and climbs into the ring. “Holiday” by Greenday plays and Kid Kaos enters the arena. He walks down the ramp and climbs into the ring, joining DraVen.
JENKINS: The following match is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first... The team of DraVen ...and Kid Kaos!
'O Fortuna' hits, and blue and purple lights start to illuminate the arena. Smoke slowly rises from the stage. Slowly, Daniels comes out, a grimace on his face. "The Enygma" Eric Wiles right behind him, never more than a few feet back. After a few seconds, Daniels slowly makes his way down to the ring, the scowl never leaving. Wiles stays close, his gaze darting back and forth throughout the crowd, an expression of hate, fear, and pity for the fans of the arena. As Daniels gets to the ring, he takes a slow lap around it, before rolling in. He scans the crowd, showing his contempt, before he finally fixes his gaze on his opponents. Wiles circles the ring, hating or loving what is about to come. Daniels slowly lifts his right arm, and Wiles slides between his legs, and poses, an evil grin across his face.
JENKINS: And their opponents... the team of Eric Wiles and Matt Daniels ...Novo Fas!
The bell sounds. Eric starts off with DraVen. DraVen runs at Eric with a clothesline, but Eric ducks. DraVen turns around and Eric hits DraVen with a clothesline of his own. Eric tags in Daniels. Matt comes in and quickly covers DraVen. ...1. DraVen kicks out.
BETHEA: That’s a great way to do things, by staying on your opponent.
STRACHON: They’re not gonna let him breathe.
Matt picks DraVen up and hooks his head. He then connects with a DDT. He covers DraVen. ...1 ...2. DraVen kicks out. Matt picks DraVen up, but DraVen pokes him in the eye. Matt stumbles back into his corner, allowing Eric to tag himself in. DraVen tags in Kid Kaos.
STRACHON: Here comes Kaos.
Kaos foes for a clothesline on Eric, but Wiles ducks, grabbing hold of Kaos as he goes. Eric then nails an STO, taking Kaos down. He covers. ...1 ...2. Kaos kicks out. Wiles picks Kaos up and places him on the turnbuckle. He begins to climb with him, but Kaos resists. DraVen runs in the ring, but Daniels gets in too. Matt kicks DraVen and sends him into the corner.
BETHEA: All four men are in the ring.
STRACHON: This referee needs to get them under control.
Eric then charges at DraVen with a stinger splash as Matt positions Kaos on the top. Matt gets back to his corner as DraVen rolls out of the ring. Eric then climbs the turnbuckle with Kaos and locks in the Passive Resistance, leaning back so both men are in the tree of woe. Daniels gets in the ring.
BETHEA: Looks like they’re going for that Renavatio.
STRACHON: And DraVen is on the outside.
Daniels then runs towards the corner, hitting a spear on the upside down Kid Kaos. Wiles releases his grip as Kaos drops to the mat. Daniels covers, hooking Kaos’ legs. ...1 ...2 ...3.
JENKINS: Here are your winners ...Novo Fas!
STRACHON: Continue to stay undefeated, Beast.
BETHEA: I see big things in their future.
The scene cuts backstage where Pain sits in the locker room, with a red, white and blue gear bag at his side, lacing his boots. Shiv walks into the room and looks at Pain, before sitting down next to him.
PAIN: What do you want?
SHIV: I talked to Maureen.
PAIN: She got to you too?
SHIV: Yeah... She's right you know?
PAIN: I know, but I'm still gonna tear you a new one in the ring.
SHIV: Your funeral.
Pain laughs as he gets up. He opens one of the lockers and grabs his bag. He then forces the bag into the locker, shutting the door after.
PAIN: So what do we do after this?
SHIV: I don't know, but I think we've got bigger fish to fry.
PAIN: Fish the name of wWo.
Shiv laughs and after shaking Pain's hand, exits the locker room. Pain finishes lacing up and follows as the scene fades out to a commercial.
MAUREEN: Pain, you don't need to do this tonight. Shiv hasn't done anything and now you to are going to go and destroy each other over nothing.
PAIN: Look Maureen.
Maureen stops him by giving him a hard push, catching Pain off guard. He looks at her.
