Life wasn't easy for Dan growing up. For many years he had lived on the street until he was introduced to professional wrestling. Like many, Dan started his career at the very bottom, wrestling on independant circuits in his hometown of Manchester, England. In 2004, he was contacted by Mike Farrell, giving him an opportunity to change his life forever.
Dan joined a new promotion, Fantasy Wrestling Federation. At the first ever FWF event, Genesis, Dan faced off against "The Saviour" Chris Knite. He lost the match, but he did not lose his determination. Dan had numerous encounters with many Warriors, but it wasn't until late 2005 where he made his name.
The Predator returned, bringing FWF's greatest rivals, UCW with him. After being attacked by UCW previously, the Dragon took it upon himself to rid the arena of Universal Championship Wrestling. The match was signed for Collision: Team FWF versus Team UCW. Dan lead the team to victory, eliminating his rival, The Predator in the main event.
With FWF remaining, Dan could continue on his journey to the top. Two years after the comany's birth, Dan finally found himself in the main event at FWF Genesis III. His opponents were the Blizzard winner, Pain and the current World Heavyweight Champion, Dan's old rival, The Predator.
It was the toughest match of his career, but eventually, the Dragon's Dream came true. He became the World Heavyweight Champion and was now able to live the fantasy.
Since then, Dan has enjoyed success all around the world, picking up many championships and wrestling alongside some of the business' greats such as X-ecutioner and Ernest Bethea. He is known for his legendary bouts and for his infamous initials: DDT.
Five years after FWF began, Dan found himself once again in the main event. A rematch was made and at Genesis VI, he stepped into the ring for a final time against two of his greatest friends in the business: The Predator and Pain.
Unfortunately, this time his opponents had improved and they knew him too well. He was took off guard and pinned by The Predator. As the bell sounded, the three men stood to a standing ovation from the crowd and Dan sat on his thrown as the DDT King.
In 2009, Dan was diagnosed with a brain tumourm which took his life one year later, but not before he settled a score. At FWF Genesis VII, Dan stepped into the ring with his first FWF opponent "The Saviour" Chris Knite, the man who beat him at the first ever FWF event, Genesis in 2004. Dan came out on top and finally accomplished everything he ever wanted. He may be gone, but the legend of the Dragon will live on in FWF forever.
