LEGEND: Welcome to Monday Night Rampage.
BRIGGS: We have a great night for you as always.
LEGEND: Tonight in our main event we have Brody "The Bull" Armstrong defending his newly won Television championship against Sujir Thorn.
BRIGGS: That's not all... we will hear from "The" Ross Walker as he explains his actions from what happened at Nightmare.
LEGEND: That's right. Oswald Brodd and Devil had a hard fought match when Ross Walker STOLE the belt.
"Lonely Train" by Black Stone Cherry begins to play. After a moment, Thunder enters the arena. He walks down the ramp and walks into the ring with the crowd cheering.
CHARLES: The following match scheduled is for one fall. Introducing first ...Thunder!
A woman screams as the entire arena goes dark, and the song Meet the Creeper starts to play over the speakers. The video shows an ethereal figure walking towards the screen in a dark background. Smoke starts to fill the arena as a bright light from under the stage glows brighter until its almost impossible to see the Phantom rising from under the stage, leaving only his silhouette. The Phantom raises his hands as the entire arena goes a bright white as the song's chorus begins. White fireworks shoot upwards in random directions as the Phantom runs down to the ring, sliding under the ropes and standing up. Once inside the ring, the Phantom looks around the arena at the people there, nodding to some of the fans before going to his corner or watching for his opponent to come down to the ring.
CHARLES: And his opponent ...weighing in at 210 pounds ...The Phantom.
LEGEND: Of course Phantom taking back his job, attacking Joe Stall and signing a wrestler contract.
The bell sounds. Thunder and Phantom go to lock up, but Phantom kicks Thunder in the stomach. He begins to unleash a range of rights and lefts. With Thunder hunched over, Phantom bounces off the ropes and comes back behind Thunder, planting his head into the mat with a bulldog.
LEGEND: Phantom seems to be in control early on.
BRIGGS: Of course he is.
Thunder gets up. Phantom raises him and executes the atomic drop. He then dropkick's Thunder in the knees. As Thunder is getting up, Phantom hooks his head and nails a DDT. Phantom goes for the cover. ...1 ...2. He then grabs Thunder and lifts his shoulders off the mat.
LEGEND: It looks like Phantom isn't done here.
BRIGGS: I think he just wants to cause pain to his opponent.
Phantom lifts Thunder up. He then kicks him in the gut and springboards off the ropes. He nails Thunder with the Moonsault Sonata. He looks up at the crowd. He then covers Thunder. ...1 ...2 ...3.
CHARLES: The winner of the match ...Phantom!
All of a sudden, "Numb" by Linkin Park plays. The crowd begin to cheer as "Commissioner" Joe Stall enters the arena withe a microphone in hand. He looks quite angry as he stares at Phantom, who stares back at him.
LEGEND: The commissioner of MNR doesn't look too happy.
Joe Stall: Hold it right there Phantom. You're very lucky that you've got a job. Now... with that contract that you signed, I cannot fire you.
BRIGGS: Lolz!
Joe Stall: However, it's up to me what matches you are put in. You did a good job against Thunder, but your opponent for Sunday Night ShowDown! won't be so easy.
LEGEND: ShowDown! Edition 4... we will be live on Stampede TV with some great matches... coming to you for free!
Joe Stall: Now, as I'm sure you are all aware, Sunday Night ShowDown! is an interpromotional supershow in which the fans get to vote on certain stipulations. I have hand picked three opponents for you to face at ShowDown! and it will be up to the fans to decide who you will face.
LEGEND: I wonder who he's picked.
BRIGGS: I'm sure he's got some harder opponents for Phantom.
Joe Stall: For those of you who don't know... this edition will be held at the UCW arena in the Eyrie, Manchester, England. With that said... the opponents of choice will be ...Marcus Brody!
LEGEND: Wow! The human suplex machine.
Joe Stall: The Unknown ...or The Chuft Guy!
LEGEND: What an announcement.
BRIGGS: Damnit! UCW are dead... we should keep it that way.

LEGEND: Welcome back to MNR!
"She is my Sin" by Nightwish starts to faintly play as Velvet comes to the top of the ramp. The volume of the music increases as she sways down the ramp a smile on her face.
CHARLES: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first ...from Las Vegas, Nevada ...Velvet Grey!
Once at the ring she does the Melina spilts and slides into the ring. Once in the ring she dances as if on pole a moment before stop with a blow kiss back up the ramp as she waits for her opponent to arrive.
BRIGGS: Oh what I wouldn't give for a piece of that!
LEGEND: You know she's dating that Jasmine chick right?
BRIGGS: Awesome, Two at once!
The opening whispers of Prelude 12/21 by AFI ring out through the arena as Jessica steps out onto the ramp.
CHARLES: And her opponent ...weighing in at 126 pounds ...Jessica!
Jessica walks with the beat of the music to the ring, a look of sheer focus on her face.
BRIGGS: Oh boy, this is gonna be a great match!
LEGEND: Roll up your tongue, the actions about to begin.
Jessica rolls under the bottom rope and the referree calls for the bell to start the match. Wasting no time, Velvet charges Jessica and tries for a Shooting Star. Jessica ducks out of the way, letting Velvet smash to the mat, sliding out of the ring to the hard floor on the outside. Jessica runs to the ropes and dives out between them, colliding with Velvet just as she finds her vertical base.
LEGEND: High risk manuever with a big payoff. These two aren't wasting any time here tonight.
BRIGGS: Damn that was cool!
Jessica stammers to her feet first, pulling Velvet up by the hair. She delivers a toe kick to the gut of Velvet and rolls her into the ring, sliding in right after. Velvet climbs to her feet before Jessica and begins to lay boot to ass, stomping away at the exposed back of Jessica. Velvet jumps into the air and lands a vicious axe handle elbow drop to the downed Jessica. She then pulls Jessica to her feet and shoves her into the corner, kicking her in the mid section to ensure that she won't move. Velvet then lifts Jessica to the top rope and climbs up to join her, one foot on either side. She jumps into the air and attempts a hurricanrana but receives a powerbomb from the top rope for her efforts.
BRIGGS: OH MY GOD!
LEGEND: These women are pulling out all the stops tonight! A huge counter by Jessica, but can she capitalise on it?
Dazed, Jessica tries to roll onto Velvet for the pin attempt but stumbles to the ropes, using them for support. Noticing that Velvet is still down from the high impact maneuver, she quickly spring boards from the ropes, corkscrewing in mid air and landing a big splash on the downed competitor. She holds her position for the pin. ...1 ...2. She kicks out.
LEGEND: Velvet is moving on pure determination right now.
BRIGGS: I can't believe she just kicked out of that.
Frustrated, Jessica pulls Velvet to her feet, but Velvet throws an elbow into the stomach of her opponent and quickly drives a knee into the side of Jessica's head. Both girls tumble to the mat. The referee begins the count. ...1 ...2 ...3. The women start to stir, both rolling to their stomachs and trying to find a vertical base. ...4 ...5. Velvet is on her feet now and she charges Jessica, nailing her with a modified version of the Shooting Star.
BRIGGS: SHOOTING STAR!
LEGEND: Desperation move from "The Vixen" but did it have enough on it to keep Jessica down.
Velvet forgoes an attempt at the pin and pulls Jessica to her feet. She scoops up her opponent and sets her up for the Tucked In tombstone pile driver. Jessica begins kicking her feet wildly, causing Velvet to lose her ballance and fall into a back bend. Jessica plants her feet on the mat and lifts Velvet into her own tombstone position. Jessica then hops into the air and falls forward, driving Velvet to the mat in an improvised slam.
LEGEND: That's an inventive move from this impressive rookie!
BRIGGS: Look at that! Now she's climbing to the top turnbuckle!
Jessica finds a perch atop the turnbuckle and turns her back to Velvet, quickly leaping into the air, spinning and landing atop Velvet.
BRIGGS: ANGELS FALL FIRST!
She hooks a leg for the pin. ...1 ...2 ...3.
CHARLES: And here is your winner ...Jessica!
LEGEND: An impressive win by this newcomer to FWF's Women's Division. We'll be right back, after this.

LEGEND: Welcome back to Monday Night Rampage.
BRIGGS: It is now time for our main event.
LEGEND: You just don't have the enthusiasm that Sam Strachon has do you?
BRIGGS: This is MNR, Legend. Don't you ever mention that moron here.
The lights go out and "Here to Stay" by Korn starts to play as white fog covers the ramp. The lights come back up to a red winged man in red leather battle armor and sword on his hip with a white wolf by his side standing at the top of the ramp. The man starts walking forward the wolf sitting at the top of the ramp. The man reaches the ring and slips between the top and middle ropes as the lights come back on. He moves to stand in the center of the ring and draws his sword and then proceeds to cut his name into the air. Sheathes the sword then raises his arms as fire shoots up from the ring posts. He holds his arms out until the fire stops then lower them. As his arms lower four blocks of ice fall upon the ring posts. He walks to his corner striping out of his armor and hand it and his sword to a member of ring crew.
CHARLES: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is for the Fantasy Wrestling Federation Television Championship! Introducing first, the challenger ...weighing in at 250 pounds ...Sujir Thorn!
The sounds of engines revving roar out over the arena as the lights dim and red lights strobe in the entryway. The drums roll and the guitars of "Almost Gone" by Mushroomhead drive on as Brody steps out onto the entryway to thunderous applause and bursts of pyrotechnics. He stops at the top of the ramp and raises his right fist. Brody then runs briskly to the ring, sliding under the bottom rope then popping up to his feet. He spins quickly then climbs the nearest turnbuckle and throws up his fist again.
CHARLES: And the opponent ...from Chicago, Illinois ...weighing in at 245 pounds ...he is the FWF Television Champion ...Brody “The Bull” Armstrong!
The bell rings. Sujir charges straight at Brody, but is hit with a back body drop. Sujir quickly gets to his feet and flattens Brody with a clothesline. He begins to punch the fallen Bull as he lays helpless on the floor.
LEGEND: Sujir Thorn is fired up!
BRIGGS: He’s desperate to get his title back, Legend! And I don’t blame him!
Sujir continues punching Brody, and applies a choke. The referee calls for Sujir to break it, and begins counting. ...1 ...2 ...3 ...4. Sujir breaks the hold to avoid being disqualified. He makes the cover. ...1 ...2. Brody kicks out.
BRIGGS: Sujir needs to do a lot more to keep the TV champion down!
Sujir picks Brody up and whips him off the ropes. As Brody bounces back, he ducks Sujir’s clothesline attempt. Bouncing off the ropes again, Brody sends Sujir to the floor with a shoulder tackle. As Sujir gets up, he swings a punch, but Brody ducks and nails a back body drop.
LEGEND: Sujir may be losing control of the match here!
BRIGGS: He needs to get it back quickly, before the Bull can get into his stride!
Brody goes for the cover. ...1 ...2. Sujir kicks out powerfully. Brody grabs Sujir and lifts him to his feet, but is met with a fierce punch. Sujir then kicks Brody in the gut and nails the Double Arm DDT. He then grabs Brody’s legs and signals for the Texas Cloverleaf.
BRIGGS: He’s going for the submission! We could have a new TV champion here!
Brody begins kicking, trying to throw Sujir off, but Sujir keeps holding on, and tries to turn him over. Brody scrambles towards the ropes, knocking Sujir off balance and breaking his grip. Both men get to their feet, and Sujir charges at Brody, but is nailed with a vicious spinebuster.
LEGEND: Vicious spinebuster!
Brody then heads over to the top rope, and begins to climb it. As he reaches the top, Sujir begins to get to his feet. Sujir rushes towards Brody, and knocks him off balance. Sujir then climbs the ropes, and the two begin trading punches.
BRIGGS: I wouldn’t like to be either of those guys right now... This could prove very costly for both men!
Brody overpowers Sujir and knocks him back down to the floor. As Sujir lands flat on his back, Brody climbs back to the top. He then jumps off and lands a double knee drop to the chest. Brody makes the cover. ...1 ...2. Sujir kicks out.
LEGEND: Almost had him there!
Brody retreats to the corner, waiting for Sujir to get to his feet. As Sujir slowly gets up, Brody charges at him and nails his signature Running STO.
BRIGGS: Trample!
LEGEND: This could be it!
Brody makes the cover. ...1 ...2 ...3. The bell rings and “Almost Gone” begins playing once more.
LEGEND: What a win for the Bull!
CHARLES: Here is your winner, and still FWF Television champion, Brody “The Bull” Armstrong!
LEGEND: What a match.
BRIGGS: This is FWF: the New Direction.
LEGEND: And someone who wants to take it in that direction is "The" Ross Walker. We'll hear from him after this short break.

As Monday Night Rampage returns from a commercial break, the arena is suddenly plunged into utter darkness, and Bill Muir’s “Otherworld” blasts over the speakers. As the fans stand up, noticing the unknown music, a bright white light shines down on the entrance ramp. “The” Ross Walker steps out, in full ring gear, sporting a pair of black sunglasses and the FWF Heavyweight World Championship across his left shoulder.
LEGEND: What’s with this guy and his constant entrance music changes? It’s so confusing!
BRIGGS: They’re always good choices, Legend!
LEGEND: And why the hell does he still have that title? He has no right to it!
Ross saunters down towards the ring, soaking in the tumultuous boos. As he reaches the ring, he takes his title off his shoulder and slides it into the ring. He then slides in after it, and picks it back up. He walks over to announcer Phil Charles and snatches the microphone from his hand.
WALKER: Well, well, well. Look who returned to save professional wrestling...
LEGEND: Where the hell did he get that from? He took out our champion and top challenger! How’s that saving professional wrestling?
WALKER: You see, not so long ago, I decided to take my retirement from the world of professional wrestling. I felt I needed new challenges, felt the time was right to move on. I had a nice month or so, didn’t even think about wrestling at all. And then, one Monday night, I’m sitting at home, watching television, flicking through the channels, and I come across Monday Night Rampage. And what do I see? I see a man who thinks he’s some paranormal freak holding the championship of what was once the greatest brand in all of professional wrestling, and some drunken Viking as his challenger! I see them disgracing the good name of Monday Night Rampage, the brand I had worked solidly on for a year, single-handedly turning it into the most dominant force in professional wrestling!
LEGEND: Someone thinks a little highly of themselves...
BRIGGS: You gotta admit that he did a lot of work for Rampage, Legend! He did bring in ratings!
WALKER: But now, I see pathetic excuses for professional wrestlers undoing all my work! Disgracing MY brand! And I just won’t stand for it! So, I’m cleansing the brand, and I’m starting from the top! Devil and Brodd, neither of them will be seen for a while, if I have anything to do with it! Nightmare, that was the beginning of the New Direction in FWF... The perfect time for Ross Walker to make his glorious return to the ring. Because it means that the time is ripe for a new era in FWF... The greatest era in FWF history... Not The Predator era, not the DDT era, not the UCW era, not the Pain era, not the wWo era... The official “The” Ross Walker era.
BRIGGS: Now I’m excited, Legend!
LEGEND: I’m not...
WALKER: You see, whether it is recognised officially or not, I am your world champion. I was screwed out of a victory against Pain back in May, and now, I have come back to reclaim what was, and still is, rightfully mine: the honour and duty of being the best wrestler on the Monday Might Rampage brand, and in all of FWF, as well as your Heavyweight World Champion.
LEGEND: Oh, please...
BRIGGS: Legend, you have to admit, it DID look like he’d beat Pain back at May 14th!
LEGEND: I have to admit nothing!
WALKER: And, unlike my predecessors, I’m not going to simply defend my title every few months, no. I’m going to be a fighting champion. And I believe that I’ll make my first title defence right here, right now, in Chicago, Illinois!
BRIGGS: Oh my God, Legend! A World title defence!
LEGEND: It’s not a real defence... He’s not the champion!
WALKER: Unfortunately, I looked through the current Rampage roster, and failed to find any credible challengers. Therefore, I am going to propose an Open Challenge, to any “hometown hero”, any native of Chicago, to fight me for my title here and now!
LEGEND: Does he really know what he’s doing here?
BRIGGS: Of course he does, Legend!
LEGEND: He DOES know who lives in Chicago, doesn’t he?
BRIGGS: Who, Legend?
LEGEND: Put it this way, Briggs... Something Wicked could be coming his way now...
Suddenly, the lights go out and there is an explosion. “Ring Of Fire” by Johnny Cash begins playing, and badday walks out to scattered boos from a disappointed crowd.
BRIGGS: lolz
LEGEND: That... Wasn’t quite who I was thinking of!
BRIGGS: Who were you thinking of, Legend?
LEGEND: JACKSON! As if it wasn’t obvious... But now, we appear to be getting badday and Ross Walker in the ring...
As badday slides into the ring, a referee runs down at Ross’ request, and the bell rings. badday charges at Ross, but is hit with a strong lariat. Ross then picks badday up, and kicks him in the gut. He then nails the Depth Charge. ...1 ...2. Ross picks badday back up, apparently not content. Dragging badday into position, Ross nails the Northern Lights Driver. He covers badday once more. ...1 ...2 ...3.
LEGEND: Don’t tell me that was an official match?
BRIGGS: If it was, Legend, it’s over now!
Ross kicks badday out of the ring, and then picks the microphone back up.
WALKER: See? There are no credible challengers to my title! Not here, not on Live-Wire, not anywhere! Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, could ever compare to me! Furthermore, nobody in FWF has the guts to challenge me...
All of a sudden, "Wake Up" by Lost Prophets plays. The crowd jump into the air screaming as Camisado enters the arena. He walks down the ramp, slapping fans' hands before getting in the ring. Ross looks angry as Cam smiles at him.
CAMISADO: Excuse me? What's this I hear about guts? If I'm not mistaken, it was my guts that enabled me to win the Jealousy tournament this year. It was my guts that got me that belt that you're holding. It was my guts...
WALKER: that were spread across the ring last time the two of us faced off. Get the hell out of my ring.
LEGEND: I don't think he wanted to do that.
CAMISADO: I'll get out of the ring. But before I do...
Camisado slaps Ross in the face. Ross turns around, holding his face. He then turns back to Cam and the two lock eyes. "Numb" by Linkin Park plays and Joe Stall stands on stage once again.
STALL: Hold it right there. First things first ...Camisado... welcome to Monday Night Rampage!
BRIGGS: WHAT!?
LEGEND: Camisado on MNR!? I can't believe it.
STALL: And secondly ...Mr. Walker. You can carry that title with you as much as you want, but I've got news for you. You are not the Heavyweight World champion.
LEGEND: Thank God for that.
WALKER: No, Stall. That's where you're wrong. Devil does not deserve to be the champion.
STALL: Well it just so happens that The Devil isn't the champion. After your attack at Nightmare... he's been put on the bench.
BRIGGS: Oh God! Please don't let the Viking be champion.
STALL: As for Oswald Brodd. He put up a valiant effort in that match. If Devil isn't the champion, then I would definitely name Brodd the new FWF Heavyweight champion of the world!
BRIGGS: What? No!
LEGEND: Listen to this crowd, TB. We have a new champion.
BRIGGS: That's not fair.
Joe Stall: However... you have also put Oswald Brodd on the bench. As of right now... you can consider that belt vacant.
LEGEND: Vacant?
STALL: At the end of the month, Las Vegas will be the host of Collision: Lost Heroes versus Next Generation. But for the MNR Main Event, we will have team Ross versus Team Camisado!
BRIGGS: Oh my God! What an announcement.
LEGEND: Traditional Collision rules, TB. A ten man elimination match.
STALL: I advise you both to start recruiting for your team. However, as this is an MNR match, DOA Mark Briggs has specifically told me that no Live-Wire wrestlers will be permitted for use. However... as this is an All or Nothing match ...the losing captain of the match will go away with nothing... but the winning captain of the match will be the new FWF Heavyweight World Champion!
LEGEND: Oh my God!
BRIGGS: I can't believe it.
LEGEND: I look forward to that. That's all we have time for. Goodnight.
